BIKE BASH and COMMUNITY SPORTS DAY 2017

SUNDAY 10TH SEPTEMBER 10AM - 5PM

Royal Welsh Showground

This year we are again joining forces with Sport Powys and Welsh Cycling and moving to the Showground. This means that we can offer more activities.

We will have a cycling challenge using the traffic free roads on the showground. To see how many times we can ride the distance of the Tour of Britain, which is finishing in Cardiff the same day. This is ideal for young and novice cyclists to gain confidence, but also interesting enough for keen cyclists to clock up a good mileage.

The Bulls cycling club will be organising the first round of the Welsh Cyclo-cross series, offering races for everyone aged 3 - 70.

Freedom Leisure from Builth will bring their Spinning Bikes and rowing machine for you to try.

There will be bike skills sessions, a Watt bike, a smoothie bike, bouncy castle.

Plenty of other sports clubs will also be on site giving taster sessions. including, Golf, Cricket, Tennis, Running, Netball, Judo, Badminton, Football and Rugby.

The organisers of the Alternative Games in Llanwrtyd will be bringing some wacky events for you to try out!

  Last Years Bash
